The Delaware Bay Company LLC, is a private investment management firm. Gary E. Hindes is Chairman and Managing Member. The company serves as General Partner of Delaware Bay Corporate Recovery Partners LP, a private partnership which invests only in publicly-traded securities of distressed and bankrupt companies. Purchasers of limited partnership interests must be 'accredited investors' under Rule 501(a) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933 (as amended) and/or 'qualified clients' under Rule 205‑3 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (as amended).
